1. Booking Your Sneaker Cleaning Service

Customers can use our website to select the sneaker cleaning service they require, book their service, and make payment online.

Once your booking has been confirmed, you will need to bring your sneakers to our designated service location at the agreed time.

2. Dropping Off Your Sneakers

Customers are responsible for dropping off their sneakers at our service location.

Please ensure that your sneakers are handed over according to your booking instructions. We recommend removing any personal items or accessories from the sneakers before handing them over for cleaning.

3. Cleaning & Processing

Once we receive your sneakers, our team will inspect them and carry out the selected cleaning service.

Cleaning results may vary depending on the sneaker's material, age, condition, stains, discoloration, and previous wear or treatment. While we take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of every stain or mark.

4. Collection

Once your sneakers have been cleaned and are ready for collection, we will contact you using the contact details provided with your booking.

Customers are responsible for collecting their sneakers from our service location.

Please do not arrive for collection until you have received confirmation that your sneakers are ready.

5. Collection Timeframes

We ask customers to collect their sneakers within a reasonable period after receiving notification that they are ready.

If sneakers remain uncollected for an extended period, additional arrangements or storage fees may apply where applicable.

6. No Shipping or Delivery

We currently do not provide shipping, courier, or delivery services.

All sneakers must be:

• Dropped off by the customer at our service location; and

• Collected by the customer once the cleaning service is complete.
